Junior-Mid level legal associate

A leading Jordanian law firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious, junior to mid-level lawyer to join their corporate team with a 3-5 years post-qualification relevant experience with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will suit a lawyer with expertise in M&As, negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts, preparing high end legal advice and working across a number of legal areas including business and commercial, banking and finance, employment, intellectual property, franchise and property matters. The candidate should have the following qualifications:

Law degree, preferably from the UK or USA.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in all Microsoft programmes.
Excellent management skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, and
Team player.
