Irwin & Dow are proud to represent this prestigious international global law firm, with a competitive regional presence. They are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to support two Partners and their team on a specialist project on a one year fixed term contract. The role will be based in the Abu Dhabi office and will be responsible for their complex diary management, travel itineraries and managing internal and external stakeholder engagement. The office has a superb working environment, vibrant and extremely busy and there will also be interaction between other offices internationally. The practice is highly diversified with a commercial and corporate focus and an international framework.

This vacancy requires candidates to have a mature approach and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines to support at a senior legal, administrative level. You will be considered an integral member of the team and therefore will be relied upon heavily for support, discretion, and professionalism at all times. There will be highly confidential information and you will be responsible for document control and collation, opening of files, continuous compliance, and monitoring, writing briefs and amendments, contract review and client interaction, both in person and via email. You will manage updates on legal software and manage billing and document control via these systems. Additionally, you will liaise with the client directly and be a language conduit, assisting with translation where possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior legal experience is essential for this position due to the seniority of the role. Candidates must possess an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written and be native Russian speakers. A very well regarded firm, this position will add value to any CV moving forwards.
