Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international law firm based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a focused and team driven Legal PA, to work closely with some of the top Lawyers in the region.

You will support a team of Lawyers with all aspects of secretarial duties. This role is extremely varied including diary and email management, travel arrangements, processing of expenses, document formatting, audio typing and billing.

As an integral part of the team, you will provide high level administrative and client services support.

This is a full time role in a fast-paced environment and will see you working within a diverse team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience ideally working within an international law firm. It would be advantageous to have regional experience. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your workload effectively. You must complete tasks with a can-do attitude and be pro-active and extremely organised.

You must have excellent communication skills in English. To be successful in this role, you must have a positive attitude, a passion for learning, and the ability to work well in a team.
