Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
– Administrative works that include data entry & basic accounting transactions (preparing and filing accounting documents).
– Maintaining business and client records.
– Coordinating tasks with other employees/departments.
– Maintain up-to-date records for HR and company logs.
– Prepare reports and meeting minutes.
– Maintain training records.
– Supervise maintenance of office area, facilities, equipment, etc.
Candidate requirements and skills:
– Proven working experience as an admin executive (candidates with accounting experience preferred).
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Diploma in Business administration or similar.
– Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
– Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
