Al Lewan Constructive Contracting Company is looking for Logistics Coordinator Assistant (Female only).

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or any other related field.

- Additional education in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

- Good in English.

- Good experience in Microsoft office

- Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities:

-Assist to Coordinate procurement to ensure required items are placed on time.

-Fill Materials Database &Balance and any related Data .

-Assist Manage stock levels,

-delivery times, and transportation costs.

- Assist overseeing the movement, distribution and storage of materials and recorded Data in System.

– oversee warehouse and the inventory, inventory control, material handling, transportation and planning workers.

– Assist to prepare reports for management, orders and Price Offers, and supplier costs and work to improve the efficiency of the company’s supply chain.

-Assist the maintenance of Tools & Assets (cars, Machines, etc.) process.
