ChickMania Entertainment is seeking an experienced 3D Artist (2-3 years experience) to join our art team. Our ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and has knowledge of game development processes.

Responsibilities:

-Create a wide array of hard surface and organic models.

-Work within the budget of the engine and mobile limitations.

-Verify the quality of objects in the game, and make improvements. where necessary to fit technical constraints and artistic direction.

-Collaborate with other departments including design, programming, and animation.

-UV maps & texturing.

-Mentor and train other 3D artists.

Basic Qualifications:

-Strong knowledge and experience in optimized low poly models for mobile games.

-Can rig models for animation.

-Strong 3D art skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity.

-Familiarity with the game development cycle.

-Can work with tight deadlines and has the ability to prioritize tasks.

-Keep up with the latest developments in 3D design, capture, and modeling tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Ability to visualize and conceptualize props.

-Experience working with the Unity game engine.

-Paint textures on Substance Painter.
