Soft Services Supervisor: Purpose: To provide a professional supervisory soft services to the facility. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and assist the cleaning services team to accomplish the targeted goals. Supervise the team attendance. Reporting job progress and challenges to the soft services manager. Assist in carrying out site visits. Always maintain a clean and smart appearance. Ensure all team members are following safety procedures and commitment to the standard uniform. Demonstrate leadership and management. Manage day to day on-site cleaning operation. Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are always up to the Company standards. Education, Qualifications & Experience: Technical certification in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in Cleaning / Housekeeping field with 2 years’ experience (Supervisory Role) / Proven previous work experience for a real estate and constructions company is an advantage Knowledge in Health and Safety policies and procedures is a must. Good English both spoken and written. Excellent level of communication skills. Flexibility and ability to cover variable shifts.
