Telemarketing Coordinator: Purpose: To enhance Sales and Marketing department by promoting company’s goods and services via phone calls. Duties & Responsibilities: Record customers information. Conduct customer and market surveys. Handle customers inquiries. Provide after sales service to the existing customers. Explain the company products and services to potential customers. Influence customers to buy services and merchandise. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with the company procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform customized targeted sales strategies. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Very good information management skills. Negotiation skills. Excellent command in both spoken and written English. A flair for sales with a go-getter attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Telemarketing, Customer Service or Call Center.
