Baaz, Inc. is currently looking for a Community Support Agent to join the team in Amman Office. The ideal candidate must have/be the below: - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services - Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with clients - Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS in addition to mobile Application iOS & Android. - Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services - Have knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem management). - Accept to Work in shifts system. Responsibilities : - Create tickets & Follow up end users inquire, complaints on daily basis. - Answer end users inquiries. - Handle all tasks external/internal during the shift and handover tasks professionally once needed. - Update Baaz FAQ’s and help portal frequently . - Act with violated content per Baaz policy & process. - Follow Baaz polices & rules.
