MEP Supervisor: Purpose: To provide a professional supervisory service to the engineering department. Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out and insure (PPM) is completed on time. Supervise and assist the team on civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation process. Supervise the team attendance. Reporting job progress and challenges to the MEP manager. Assist in carrying out site inspections. Maintain a clean appearance. Ensure all team members are following safety procedures. Coordinating with CAFM operators to detect the pending tasks and distribute it among the team. Demonstrate leadership and management. Education & Qualifications: Technical certification in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP field with 2 years experience (Supervisory Role) / Previous work experience for a real estate and constructions company is an advantage Knowledge in Health and Safety rules and procedures is a must. Good English both spoken and written. Excellent level of communication skills.
