Senior Full Stack Developer Needed الوصف ومتطلبات الوظيفة Note: This is a technical role. We are looking for coders, programmers, or developers. You must possess all the technical skills for applying to this role. The technical knowledge required: As a leader of our developers, you will need to have mastery over both frontend and backend technical requirements and languages. Our ideal candidate has experience in both. We also need a person who has a good understanding of building an infrastructure of a software and all the tools necessary to build one. Such as relevant APIs, Databases, Servers, Project management tools, Testing, DevOps. The relevant languages/frameworks you need to know, but not limited to are: JavaScript, Jango, Java, and Python. Any additional languages and frameworks are a plus. About the company and person we are looking for: At Zolina Technologies, an early stage startup, we're on a mission to change the educational system around the world using technology and innovative software as our solution. We're a team of highly dedicated and passionate people, and that being said, we're looking for a like-minded individual from any walk of life to be a lead developer on our team to co-manage the development of our software. If you prove yourself to be a key asset to the team, then there will be room for you to grow and become the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a partner of our company. Our work culture is different. The person we are looking for: 1) Highly committed: As in life, the only constant is change, and it is certainly the case here, but at an even more rapid pace. Things will be constantly changing, and things will not go the way we want it to. We need a person who is going to be a leader in the face of adversity. 2) Availability: We need you to be available to do the work. We do not mind a person working part-time with us if they have another job, however, if that is the case, you need to be able to pull your weight and even more. Like we said earlier, we are very flexible though. 3) Communication skills: Since you will be leading a team of other developers and working closely with the founders of the company, you need to have excellent communication skills. There is a preference for good English speakers, but that is not a requirement. 4) Attitude: We have a preference for attitude over skill. That doesn't mean we want unskilled people, but a passionate and highly enthusiastic person will go above and beyond to learn whatever skill is necessary. Ideally, you are passionate about our vision and want to make it to the finish line. Bonus points: if you are a nice and friendly person that is pleasant to talk to. The work will be remote, but that is subject to change in the future. We are flexible though.
