Network Engineer

Texum Jordan is looking for a Network Engineer (1st Level) in Jordan as below:

Requirements:
- Speaking English is a fluently is a must.
- CCNA Certification is a must.
- 2 Years’ experience in IT support
- Having a car is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills
- ITIL Certificate is preferable.

Required Tasks
• To install and configure new IT equipment.
• Monitor the support request queue to ensure that all requests are within SLA
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology.
• To maintain a first support level of customer service
• To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
• Maintain installed PCs, networks, Cameras, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
• Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization. 
• Following up with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
