Unit Managers (Sales team Managers)

The Main responsibilities are :
Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Recruiting a motivated sales team.
Managing the performance and development of Sales Team .
Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Requirements for this position are :
Bachelor degree.
27 years old as a Minimum age.
Sales experience of at least 2 years with a proven sales record .
Must Own a Car .
Skills :
Good communication skills and social networking abilities.
Previous financial experience is an asset.
Presentable.
