Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports- as according to donor requirements
Manage the project related filing system, to allow for easy identification of project related documents, and to ensure that documents/papers/letters are filed in the right place.
Review and edit project related materials in a timely and proficient manner, providing constructive feedback to team to improve information capturing and documentation.
When applicable upload the monthly achievements on Activity info system on monthly basis.
Assist with review or preparation of materials for presentations, factsheets, training, meetings, and events related to the project
Provide technical writing skill for producing project related knowledge products.
Analyze project data and achievements to prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
Track and monitor KPIs in coordination with project coordinators and program manager
Produce and support ad hoc special incident reports
Communicate and liaise with HQ and donors regarding information requests.
Prepare regular briefs, presentations, status reports on in-country and regional issues.
Assist with proposal development and concept notes as requested.
Assist in the development and review of relevant SOPs and proposals.
Assist the program team in the development of lessons learned and manage the filing system.
Edit and draft success stories to highlight program achievements and accomplishments. Work closely with program components to obtain information, details, photos, and anything else needed to develop the stories.
Analyze and synthesize incoming data from questionnaires, surveys and qualitative data collection tools.
Assist with translation of the project documents that will arise during the project lifetime that includes:
Simple translation (from English to Arabic and back) for the routine project related documents.
Ensure timely an appropriate translation of the project related material from the outsource translator.
Help with interpretation on the meetings/public forums if required and prepare meeting notes.
Represent BLUMONT at national sector coordination meetings, events, trainings, or seminars as needed.
Develop promotional materials i.e. brochures, leaflets, posters, guidebooks as needed.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations or any related field.
Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in development sector
Skills Required:
Fluency in English (technical and colloquial) is required. Excellent written skills in English. Excellent Arabic is an asset.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to details.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be able to communicate complex information into clear and concise text.
Able to work independently, delivering accurate documentation under deadline pressure.
Must know a variety of software programs so they can write text, create charts and graphs, and incorporate diagrams and photos into documents.
