Sales & Marketing Manager

Contributes in the development and visibility of brand identity, product development, positioning strategy, and profile of HC initiatives in coordination with Media & Communications Division.
Conducts regular marketing research and analysis including but not limited to industry trends, market segmentation and customer profile, demand and competitive analysis.
Assist in product development, pricing, positioning, and promotions analysing the financial impact of product creation.
Implements and updates various marketing strategies and campaigns while also assessing the demand for new products.
Develops and updates marketing material, tools, presentations, memberships, associations.
Attends and increases the support for participation in international and national level trade fares and exhibitions to showcase JRF’s products and services.
Takes the lead in tasks related to visual merchandising, event management and exhibitions as required in coordination with Media & Communications Division.
Develops appropriate and cost effective direct market channels and expanding at domestic and international level.
Develops and deploys all marketing materials, including print, electronic and web-based sales tools. (Any promotional materials should be developed in coordination with MCD)
Keeps up-to-date with market trends and recommends corresponding internal development as necessary.
Implements and monitor social media and online marketing initiatives. Collaborates with copywriters and suppliers including third parties and service providers to develop the right messages for describing products in coordination with Media & Communications Division.
Manages and improves lead generation campaigns, ensuring the measuring of results.
Monitors, revises and reports on entire marketing activities along with results on regular basis.
Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management
Takes the lead on sales efforts, tracking prospecting and lead generation activities.
Monitors pricing and dynamic revenue management approach to ensure value integrity is maintained while achieved highest margin for retail, wholesale and corporate sales initiatives.
Works with showroom team for a holistic approach to sales activities and customer service.
Ensures all sales and marketing activities are tracked and generate detailed reports.
Maintain a customer database and productivity report to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
Development and implementation of a sales and marketing plan and a detailed action plan.
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Lead sales team and train them on the best sales practices to ensure high profile clients service, and ensure that the sales team are adherent to JRF strategic sales and marketing plans.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and monitor their performance
Present Sales Revenues, and Expenses Report to Management
Networks JRF with the clients at national and international level to support sales and marketing goals.
Responsible for all matters specific to corporate accounts.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, other outlets, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Supports in other sales and customer service duties and functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field
8 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG industry
Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
Expert knowledge about various marketing and sales strategies
E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, & CRM Experience
