Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operations and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.

-Oversee and manage daily operations, including logistics, production, and quality control.

-Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

-Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

-Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.

-Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.

-Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

-Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

-Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations management role, preferably within (industry).

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

-Proficiency in using operational and project management software.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
