Job Summary
Seeking a Structural Engineer to contribute to our team, ensuring the integrity and safety of various construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client-focused, innovative proposals by conducting in-depth research and analysis of project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, project managers, and upper management, to create clear, coherent, and compliant proposals.
- Handle technical proposals, lead discussions with clients, stakeholders, and sub-consultants, and participate in meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents for all donors and respond to EOI/pre-qualification requests via email or donor portals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with strong collaboration skills, the ability to handle tight schedules, and excellent social manners.
- Expertise in reviewing technical proposal requirements, discussing strategies with the Head of Department, and coordinating with the Proposal Manager to ensure a comprehensive approach.
- Ability to attend site visits, prepare RFQs, compile tender specifications, and present technical execution plans.
- Skilled in creating compelling graphics, charts, and visuals to enhance proposal presentations, and adept at using and enhancing marketing materials.
- A proactive networker, capable of identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, donors, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint applications.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and proposal management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute as a key member of a diverse team.
