A Leading Company in AQABA is seeking to hire highly qualified candidates for the following vacancies

Finance Business Partner (ref.4)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working with project managers to deliver and communicate the financial forecasts and budgets
• Providing financial analysis, detailed insights into variances to support decision
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing resource allocation, monitoring and controlling expenses through budgetary controls, cost-benefit analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Monitoring assets performance and recommending corrective measures.
• Conduct periodic valuations of company’s assets to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with accounting standards.
• Ensures compliance with finance policies, procedures and supports the design, development, preparation, and automation of management reports
• Acting as a strategic advisor to business unit leads, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Build & improve complex financial models to simulate different scenarios and predict financial trends.
• Review & analyze financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage successful company’s contracts to ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Measure effectiveness in proposing innovative solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and addressing challenges proactively.
• Crucial to adapt changes quickly and provide guidance on how they may impact the business New laws, regulations, business trends, and technologies are constantly emerging, which can affect a company's financial performance

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related position.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
