Specialist, Launch Excellence

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operational readiness with clear line of sight by defining the business model upon product submission date till +12 m form launch and execution.
• Build, maintain and implement Launch planning in partnership with all collaborators in MENA region.
• Lead a cross-functional team through Product Launch activities. driving cross-collaboration, influencing technical experts, and working in an Operational capacity to ensure the visibility and progression of launch plans.
• Responsible for developing strategic commercialization paths and organization launch readiness and execution.
• Develop and implement “where to play” and “how to win” strategy for new launches operationally embracing best-practices.
• Develop a detailed launch timeline, identify dependencies, and a lead a cross-functional team to a predictable launch window.
• Develop infrastructure for successful launch execution (i.e., resources, process and data insights) and launch process, success factors and strong governance mechanism.
• Tight-knit collaboration with sales & commercial teams with bias to action and impact.
• Proper escalation timing and methodologies for expected delays or missed paths for new launches.

• Preferred: MBA

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum:
  • inimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical industry and at least 3 years in a relevant role
  • rior experience with Injectable products required.
  • xcellent command of Microsoft Excel, proficient with other Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.
  • orking knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, e.g.: IQVIA

  • arketing Planning & Execution
