Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Implement sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management.
- Implement Direct Sales initiatives set by the Department.
- Maximize products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs.
- Implement detailed sales plans to achieve the target.
- Plan daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.
- Promote the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.
- Maintain the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensure that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.
- Represent the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university.
Experience:
- Min.1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales.
Competencies:
- Good in English & fluent in Arabic.
- Total knowledge of bank’s products & services.
- Marketing & selling skills.
- Computer & different system applications skills.
- Flexibility & amiability.
- Capability to contact and deal with customers.
- Patience & calmness when working under pressure.
- Team work spirit.
