A well-known Company is looking to hire:

Human Resources Officer

Location: Amman, Jordan

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

1. Administer compensation and benefit plans.

2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

3. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.

4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.

5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

6. Process payroll and maintain updated records of payroll procedures.

7. Deal with employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.

8. Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.

9. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates) to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience.

3. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.

4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

5. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
