Corporate Operations Executive

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations field. Preferably in shipping industry
• Critical and strategic thinking
• Problem solving
• Strong communication with ability to working with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
• Negotiation skills
• Technical writing
• Work under pressure while maintaining acceptable level of work accuracy
• Multi-tasking and time management
• Demonstrates tendency for details
• Demonstrates signs of willingness to learn with self-motivation attitude
• Analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Preferable to have knowledge in Excel Macros
• Preferable to have knowledge of working with Microsoft Access
• Vendor management
• Basic knowledge in Application Programming Interface (API), Electronic data interchange (EDI), (FTP, SFTP) connections setups.
