Job Description:As a Sales Manager at ACIC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our range of spring mattresses, sponges, and fibres. You will lead a dynamic sales team and be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to effectively represent our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive performance excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate timely reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales materials to support sales efforts.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs to maximize ROI.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and customer satisfaction benchmarks in all sales activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the mattress or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
