Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Production Engineer located in Madaba with an industrial bachelor's degree. As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the production workflow, optimizing manufacturing methods, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
Additional roles and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production orders according to specified timelines and required specifications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Prepare daily production reports and measure the productivity of workers.
- Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Practical Requirements/Previous Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production.
Languages:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to handle responsibility.
- Precision and efficiency in work.
- Analytical and inference skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate workers.
- Proficiency in computer usage and production and warehouse management software.
