Role Description
We are looking for an architect with a minimum experience of 3 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD, ensuring design compliance with regulations and standards (JEA, GAM, Civil Defense). The candidate is expected to produce full architectural drawings for all stages of design, from concept to working drawings, and should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion.
Responsibilities
- Produce full architectural drawings in accordance with JEA, GAM and Civil Defense regulations.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire design process.
- Liaise with senior architects, clients, contractors and site engineers throughout the design and construction periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in producing architectural drawings
- Excellent knowledge and skills in architectural design
- Experience in integrating various architectural elements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and relevant software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
