Position Purpose:Collaborate with the sales or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations. determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development. respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions. coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded.
Main Responsibilities Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements andto the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.Ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solutionWrite proposal/answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) at a detailed and professional levelPrepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.Focus key activities on opportunities that support AiElements growth within qualified sales opportunitiesWork with the team to feedback on issues with current services/products.Provide accurate and timely management information, including - activity reports, project forecasts, and KPIs.Ensuring that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to dateSupport the delivery team by managing general client queries around functionality, design, and architecture so that delivery teams are not sidetracked from project deliverables.Commercial awareness with identifying opportunities, structuring a proposal, developing a business case, and closing the saleProcess technical information and explain it clearly to a non-technical audience using language that helps to convey relevant messages.Pitch a Solution to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service
To Land This, you should have: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Computer Science/ Software Engineering or any related field.Experience:5+ years of related business experience (Software technology)Experience in Data Solutions.Successful track record in solution B2B sales.Knowledge of CRM software.Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with data engineering concepts and technologies.Working experience with sales techniques.Language: Excellent in Arabic and EnglishOther: Willing to Travel up to 60%
