Trismart Group is looking IT support Engineer as following:
Education and certifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Technical knowledge:
A strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), and In depth knowledge of network (LAN, WAN, VPN )
Familiarity with troubleshooting software, remote desktop tools and troubleshooting tools
Installing new software and Installing new hardware (servers, computer workstations, etc.)
