Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Maintain ,support and rollout Oracle Cloud Applications (Performance Management, Learning and Recruitment).
Design, configure, maintain and support enterprise oracle Human resource applications.
Identify and implement work processes in oracle applications according to industry best practices.
Build software applications using the standard tools used in the Application Development team and according to the defined standards and quality.
Build interface code.
Build reports using report builder and XML templates.
Perform bulk data loading according to the standards implemented in the team.
Perform Employee relevant training.
Provide required support for team members.
Successfully complete the project related tasks on time and with the needed quality.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience:
Up to 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Competencies:
Oracle / SQL.
Very good English.
MS Office proficiency.
Very good in using development tools.
Analytical thinking skills.
Problem solving skills.
Technical writing skills.
