This is a unique opportunity to become a Co-Owner at Qamar Labs and be a key driver of our success. As we are currently in the early stages of our journey, the compensation for this position is equity-based. Upon the hiring of additional Co-Owner(s), you will receive 20% of equity in the company, allowing you to share in our future growth and success. Please note that this position is part-time initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company expands.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience of 4 years in software development, with a strong focus on Web3 technologies and AI.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related protocols.
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Solidity.
Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Have worked in remote settings.
Part of a dev social group or meetup.
