Objective:
PFMA is seeking to engage the services of a Short-Term Consultant / Risk Management Advisor to assist in performing Risk Register for MOF: The consultant will work closely with the PFMA management team to:
Definition of Risks and Risk types
Identifying Risk approaches and tool to build risk register
Defining of risk register scope
Define roles and responsibilities of Quality Unit and other operating units.
Coach Quality Unit team and focal persons in other operating units in initiating and maintaining Risk Register
2024 Final Risk Register for MOF
Qualifications:
Higher education degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting, public/business administration, economics, or Industrial Engineering,)
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in risk management and governance (on the ground) with high level clients and donor agencies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to transfer knowledge and capacities
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
