Key aspects of the role include:
Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with the overall business objectives.
Lead and oversee change management initiatives related to Cards products, services, and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor effectiveness.
Provide high technical advisor level to ensure efficient utilisation of resources, and integration of technology to enhance services and meet digital payment needs.
Guide, coach, and support staff to maximize their performance and achieve goals.
Comply with all central banks and regulatory authorities across all countries.
Manage relationships with vendors ensuring service level agreements are met.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Proven experience in a similar role within Banking/Financial Services/ IT in the MENA Region. GCC experience is a plus.
Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, card processing systems, and payment technologies.
Knowledge of new technologies/products affecting the banking industry and economies.
Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and driving operational excellence.
