A leading Manufacturing company (Non-food) in Amman -Jordan, is looking for Maintenance Manager, as following: 

-Set up maintenance strategies and short- & long-term plans for plants and fields.

-Validate planning of predictive, preventive, and corrective operations, regulatory technical controls.

-Following energy management system and advise operations in optimization opportunities.

-Member of capital project planning team, support project execution

Analyze and reduce machine related downtime in operations.

-Define stock level for maintenance spare-parts and follow-up with vendors.

-Organize and document equipment life cycle, interventions, and reports.

-Implement and ensure continuous update of maintenance management system.

-Demonstrate ownership and willing to involve and improve best practice activities in working area.

-Encourages and empowers people to be involved in Production System activities and improves their way of working.

-Report the risks and opportunities that were detected during work.

-Report all non-conformities that could have impact on customer satisfaction or process efficiency and correct them herself/himself if possible.

-Maintain all process and product checks on time, in full of the right direction and record the results.

*Qualifications:

-Engineering university degree.

-Preferably 10+ years of experience within similar field (Manufacturing).

-Project management experience.

-Good command of MS Office programs.

-Fluency in written and spoken English.

-Ability to work in a challenging business environment and in a matrix organization.

-Strong leadership skills.

-Detail oriented, problem solver, quick learner, result oriented.
