Key Responsibilities:
Design and prototype interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Develop visual communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Create and design graphics and other visual materials for use in print and digital media, such as presentations, reports, social media posts, and website graphics.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their communication needs and develop appropriate visual materials.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all visual materials adhere to the organization's brand standards.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent, cohesive design across all products and platforms.
Work with external vendors and service providers to produce print materials as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in the field.
A portfolio of UX/UI design work, demonstrating your ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create high-fidelity designs and assets for web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present effectively and defend your design decisions.
