As part of the Captain Performance and Market Ops team you'll closely monitor supply metrics for meeting the requirements of the business and provide best in class reliability and supply experience for Careem Customers. You will collaborate with Marketplace supply teams and lead cross functional supply related projects, deepdive insights and analytics, deliver to KPIs and increase reliability on Careem Platform, ensure reliability and experience across Ride Hailing vertical daily and actively contribute to the data-driven environment of Careem with best practices, methodology and data visibility.
