The “Entrepreneurship for Development and Employment (E4DE)” project in Jordan is seeking an “Economic Cooperation and Privat Sector
Qualifications and specialist knowledge
University Degree in Social Sciences (preference: Economics and Political Science) or Applied Sciences (preference: Business, Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Labor Relations)
Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship focusing on policy dialogue (5 years' experience)
Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing entrepreneurship or private sector development policies (minimum 5 years experience)
Proven experience in implementing projects on behalf of the European Union (minimum 5 years)
Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in existing entrepreneurship policies, laws and regulations (minimum 5 years experience)
Advisory experience especially with Jordanian public and private institutions (minimum 5 years experience)
Proven network with public and private institutions in the entrepreneurship landscape and understanding of existing policies
Experience in working in international development cooperation projects is an asset
Very good knowledge of information technology and computer applications (teams, words, outlook, excel, etc.)
Very good experience in developing, managing grants and contracts with service providers
Very good knowledge of English is required, knowledge of German is an asset
Knowledge of project management is required
Very good networking and communication skills are required
Cooperation and team spirit is required
