A corporate Lawyer needed to be hired immediately with the following requirements :
- Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.
- Evaluate new business partnerships with clients.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Ensuring all business processes, strategies, and actions comply with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.
- Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the Association.
- 3 years experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent English Language.
- Located in Amman, Jordan.
