MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Organize and carry out anesthetic medical activities, according to MSF policies, protocols, and universal hygiene standards and in close collaboration with the surgeon and other medical staff.
Increase the knowledge and practical skills of the anesthetic staff through on the job training and knowledge transfer in order to ensure the quality of care provided to patients
REQUIREMENETS:
Education & Training:
Required, diploma in Anesthesia specialty recognized by the State.
Required, Formal and recognized post graduate training in Anesthesia with board certification.
Required, Registration with the Jordan Medical Association as Specialized Doctor/ Anesthetist is required.
Experience:
Two years of professional experience in a similar position.
Experience in regional anaesthesia and pain management protocols including neuropathic and chronic pain management is preferred.
Experience in INT surgery with oral & nasal intubation by fiberoptic is preferred
Experience in working in a Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) & MSF desirable.
