Direct line supervision of the ICLA Officers and the ICLA team in NES.

Support the PM to strengthen capacity of the ICLA field teams in technical and soft skills required to deliver quality activities

Ensure project activities in the field are implemented in accordance with the work plan, on time, and to a high level of technical specificity to meet the needs of the most vulnerable beneficiaries and meet targets, in particular:

In charge of logistical arrangements for the delivery of the field activities including obtaining security clearance, development of movement plans and obtaining all the required logistics needs

Ensure the provision of quality field monthly reports from field staff to Information Management Officer meeting internal and external deadlines. 

Support ICLA PM and Consultant on the design of the ICLA research project and data collection tools and closely oversee the data collection (staff training, Focus Group Discussions, Key Information Interviews….).
