Experienced in the field of occupational safety and health in the oil facilities inside Iraq

Holds an international qualification from Nebosh, IOSH, and AOSH and is not expired

Responsibilities
• The main and prior responsibility of the HSE advisor is to monitor the physical work at the site, work
closely with the contractor teams to resolve day to day issues and give feedback to his/her direct HSE
Supervisor.
• Knowledge of Company HSE programmes, policies, procedures and processes, as well as familiarity
with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform site surveillance and report observations of the site including but not limited to work
environment, PPE, mobile equipment, tools and other types of equipment.
• Identify and evaluate job task hazards, specify and monitor control measures and work with
contractors to establish behaviors to support safe work.  Attend and monitor Toolbox Talks, Job review
Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.  Ensure identified control measures are
implemented
Monitor systems and standards for Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis,
