What You'll Be Doing:<\/p>\n

Building Permits
\u2022 Liaise with Lusail City master planning team and architects to update and improve the design regulation and guidelines.
\u2022 Liaise with Investor's Consultants to provide guidance and advice regarding building permit applications within Lusail City
\u2022 Liaise with Investor's Consultants, Architects and to provide guidance and clarification on projects development design regulations and requirements within Lusail City
\u2022 Conduct necessary drawings review and assessments and provide recommendations based on rules and development regulation.<\/p>\n

Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports. <\/p>\n

Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. <\/p>\n

Other duties
\u2022 Confer with local authorities, Architects, Designers and Land Planning and Development Specialists to devise arrangements of land, new building projects and physical facilities for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and community uses in Lusail
\u2022 Prepare reports and recommendations on measures affecting land use, public utilities, community facilities, housing and transportation to control and guide community development and renewal
\u2022 Provide thought leadership and lead teams of sub\u2013contracted consultants on projects Development
\u2022 Remain informed and updated with local and international developments in the architectural field to enable the creation of 1alue for Lusail and its clients
\u2022 Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<\/p>\n

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.<\/p>\n

10+ years of related work experience, ideally in Architecture<\/p>\n

Experience with real estate development and consultancy would be an advantage.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of design rules and regulations regarding and applicable building permit procedures and policies<\/p>\n

Working knowledge of city management \/ real estate development.<\/p>\n

Architectural design capabilities.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:<\/p>\n

\u2022Advanced skills in design guidelines and regulation interpretation<\/p>\n

Demonstrate high level of Auto CAD\/ Archi CAD or other relevant software capabilities.<\/p>\n

Internal and external customer service orientation<\/p>\n

Strong time management and decision-making skills<\/p>\n
