You will be responsible for ensuring achievement of sales objectives, delivering, and promoting key messages about Sanofi Consumer Health's products through professional calls, centralized communication to customers to achieve overall business objective within defined territory through implementing the company\u2019s strategy and policies.
Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Deliver Sanofi Consumer Health results by achieving sales & IMS target as per Sanofi Consumer Health business plan:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Achieve sales target in private sectors and hospitals, ensuring consistent achievement per quarter. <\/p>\n

Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis. <\/p>\n

Continuously assess the market to expand access in new channels and identify new customers through regular updated list. <\/p>\n

Participate in and implement territory planning through Targeting and Segmentation in defined territory to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacies. <\/p>\n

Support and Promote company\u2019s products value and image:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Deliver the product message given from marketing team and implement the product strategy. Effectively apply knowledge and skills into day-to-day professional promotion activities. <\/p>\n

Differentiate value of Sanofi Consumer Health's brands against competitors by understanding customer\u2019s medical diagnosis and submitting reports and utilizing digital tools as required by the company in a timely manner. <\/p>\n

Regularly conduct qualitative customer feedback, competitors\u2019 activities, ongoing market trends and product\u2019s performance reports. <\/p>\n

Improve collaboration across teams \/functions to develop valuable partnership with other lines\/BUs to properly optimize resources and execute different brand initiatives and support new launches. <\/p>\n

Maintain good relationship with KOLs to ensure their loyalty and their support to company\u2019s business. <\/p>\n

Develop Customer insight Strategy and planning:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Identify & prioritize customers in his relevant area with updated information <\/p>\n

Customer activity plan personalized based on customer insights, including face to face, POA and Tactical Plan <\/p>\n

Contribute to profiling the customers on two dimensions: <\/p>\n

Qualitative insights (needs, behaviors, attitude, potentiality \u2026) <\/p>\n

Channel preference (data collection & clustering) <\/p>\n

Achieve required KPI\u2019s as per BOS guidelines (C\/D, Total calls, CPA, Adoption rate, daily MI recordings).<\/p>\n

Develop Sanofi Consumer Health Reputation & Equity<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ensure that all activities undertaken fully comply with the Company\u2019s policies and code of ethics. <\/p>\n

Promotes the importance of compliant behaviors. <\/p>\n

Facilitate & Sustain access of Sanofi Consumer Health Products<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Expand Sanofi Consumer Health business with all lines & functions. <\/p>\n

Anticipate future changes, risks & opportunities affecting Sanofi Consumer Health's position & communicate them across teams. <\/p>\n

Collaboration with line & functions e.g.: PHI\/NHI to expand own business <\/p>\n

Seek\/expand new opportunity\/new channels for the portfolio. <\/p>\n

Challenge status quo (re-enlisting\/other solutions). <\/p>\n

Develop value of Partnership Beyond the product<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Endorse & advocate the value MCE activities through effective management of all channels for reaching key customers and ensuring utilization of MCE strategies. <\/p>\n

Making use of all available resources to expand partnership with customers while complying the company\u2019s policies and code of ethics. <\/p>\n

Promote Sanofi Consumer Health local's & global directions e.g.: new launches, CSR activities, Sanofi solutions providing the customer more value beyond our products. <\/p>\n

Fully understand different related functions' role. <\/p>\n

Perform other duties as assigned. <\/p>\n

About you<\/p>\n

University Graduate with a Medical background. <\/p>\n

Fresh graduate or 1-2 of experience in pharma industry <\/p>\n

Good command of English language. <\/p>\n

Competitive, Innovative, Decisive & Collaborative Mindset. <\/p>\n

Good selling, communication, and presentation skills. <\/p>\n

Digital Skills. <\/p>\n

Analytical mind, Well Organized. <\/p>\n

Patients and Customers Focused. <\/p>\n
