Our client specializes in building materials and industrial products in the Gulf region. They are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.<\/li>\n
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring employee performance.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.<\/li>\n
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.<\/li>\n
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.<\/li>\n
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.<\/li>\n
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. <\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in human resources.<\/li>\n
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Candidate must be Bahraini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
