About this role:
Daily <\/p>\n

\n
• Conduct site patrol to support Contractor assigned HSE Supervisor\/officer.<\/li>\n
• Collect\/address observations raised by CPY Personnel and ensure it is captured on the observation register.<\/li>\n
• Provide CPY HSE daily input for CSR DPR.<\/li>\n
• Participate in daily Toolbox meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Weekly<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Lead Site HSE Weekly Meeting with CTR and ensure MOM is submitted immediately after the meeting<\/li>\n
  • Weekly HSE Mass Meeting: Review presentation slide before, approve personnel proposed for rewarding, attend and present CPY HSE Points <\/li>\n
  • Review Key HSE CTR Registers (i.e. ATR \/ Observation Card \/ etc.) in a dedicated meeting<\/li>\n
  • Verify adequacy of HSE Communication posted on site<\/li>\n
  • Lead Weekly HSE Tour with CTR, ensure required CPY personnel attendance and follow-up report issuance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n
    • Update CPY PPE & HSE Equipment Inventory & raising request for replenishing as at when required<\/li>\n
    • Monitor HSE Calendar implementation prior to weekly HSE Meeting (both from CPY & CTR Personnel)
      Monthly<\/li>\n
    • Monthly HSE Committee Meeting: review slides before the meeting, lead it with CTR and follow-up MOM issuance<\/li>\n
    • Initiate monthly management site visit and issue inspection report. <\/li>\n
    • Request CTR to provide monthly HSE KPI for his location<\/li>\n
    • Monthly inspection and verification of CTR PPE inventory and stock. <\/li>\n
    • Update register for HSE Awards distributed by CPY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What you need to bring:
      Qualifications<\/p>\n

      \n
      • Diploma\/Degree or equivalent in engineering, Safety, Environmental or similar disciplines. <\/li>\n
      • HSE Trainings: NEBOSH or equivalent (inclusive of OPITO H2S\/T-BOSIET\/ AGT)<\/li>\n
      • Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (with 15years of verifiable experience)<\/li>\n
      • Familiar with fabrication yard scope, offshore installation\/construction and commissioning activities <\/li>\n
      • Fluent in English<\/li>\n
      • Practical knowledge on HSE aspect of complex\/heavy lift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases).
