Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from inception to completion.<\/li>\n
• Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project<\/li>\n
• Establish and implement the Project Management Plan<\/li>\n
• Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.<\/li>\n
• Establish and control the project master programme<\/li>\n
• Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the project is in delay<\/li>\n
• Implement change control processes<\/li>\n
• Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans<\/li>\n
• Chair meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner<\/li>\n
• Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks and decisions required.<\/li>\n
• Assess and resolve site coordination issues<\/li>\n
• Carry out contract administration duties including issuing payment certificates<\/li>\n
• Manage the planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during construction<\/li>\n
• Manage and coordinate the project handover and close out phases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job Requirements
  The role involves the execution of duties to the highest possible standards and will require the following key qualifications:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • BSc\/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field<\/li>\n
  • 8-10years project management experience with a minimum of 5years experience in the restaurant fitout sector<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in PM consultancy firms is highly desirable<\/li>\n
  • PMP or PRINCE2 accreditation is an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Highly proficiency in MS Office and MS Project<\/li>\n
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in administering local building contracts.<\/li>\n
  • Meticulous and highly organized<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
