{"id":96750,"date":"2022-09-14T13:02:21","date_gmt":"2022-09-14T10:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wathefty.com\/jobs\/2022\/09\/14\/monitoring-evaluation-officer-nationals-only-3\/"},"modified":"2022-09-14T13:02:21","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T10:02:21","slug":"monitoring-evaluation-officer-nationals-only-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wathefty.com\/jobs\/2022\/09\/14\/monitoring-evaluation-officer-nationals-only-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer-Nationals Only"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of the M&amp;E Officer role is to contribute to enhancing NRC Jordan\u2019s understanding of the consequences of its programming, for example through adapting and improving internal systems to promote evidence-based decision-making and programme performance.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Responsibilities for Internal Candidates<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Generic responsibilities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Implement delegated Core Competency project portfolio according to plan of action.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing of documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards &amp; principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specific responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take part in the development of data collection methodologies and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Lead data collection processes, ensuring data is gathered in a timely and appropriate manner and to high quality.<\/li>\n<li>Support planning, designing and delivering trainings to enumerators and program staff.<\/li>\n<li>Implement data quality spot checks, and oversee data collection by enumerators to ensure data is collected according to high standard of quality.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and maintain data files as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in data management and data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with program and field teams around needed M&amp;E systems.<\/li>\n<li>Support in standardising M&amp;E across projects.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of a data management system through documentation, implementation and coordination of standardised information flow of M&amp;E activities and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Document progresses, technical issues, questions, ideas for improvement, feedback and lesson learnt in a way that can be channeled to the line manager through a clear reporting mechanism.<\/li>\n<li>Support in dissemination of information, and providing timely evidence for improved programming and advocacy.
