Position:<\/strong>Senior Commercial Manager
Location:<\/strong> Neom
Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• The Senior Commercial Manager is responsible for procuring, negotiating, analyzing, preparing, and administering consultancy contracts<\/li>\n
• Financial monitoring and control of contracts – SLA's, KPI's, benchmarking, and reporting. <\/li>\n
• Work with the wider team departments\/sectors in respect of commercial management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Key Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of The Line policies, processes, procedures (SOP's), and operating systems.<\/li>\n
  • Design and articulate through to activation internal and external (Service Partner) Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations Support for application of all policies, processes, SOP's, systems, and measurement tools to support audit, commercial compliance, and international\/ local standards<\/li>\n
  • Implement business plans and strategies for The Line to promote the attainment of project goals<\/li>\n
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of operations to ensure maximum productivity<\/li>\n
  • Provide oversight of the work of consultants and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and foster relationships with stakeholders, service partners, and external agencies<\/li>\n
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data<\/li>\n
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives<\/li>\n
  • Risk assessments<\/li>\n
  • Resolving contractual and commercial problems<\/li>\n
  • Management\/mentoring\/training of the department junior staff<\/li>\n
  • Ensure commercial management of The Line contracts aligned with policies is executed and reported to external audit standard<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Be responsible for the production of monthly and annual reports<\/li>\n
  • Works collaboratively with the entire Operations team to meet overall goals and objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Candidate Requriements:<\/strong>
    Must have:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related major, master's degree In business administration (MBA) from an accredited university and 20+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and\/or education.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a similar Commercial Management role<\/li>\n
    • Must have Pre-contract experience<\/li>\n
    • Experience of working client-side or for a developer<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of SOP's, KPI's and Service Level Agreements in multi-service industries<\/li>\n
    • Commercial management experience including contracts and complex financial analysis for supply contracts<\/li>\n
    • Strong administrative, reporting and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
