Review and analyze reports of DoDEA and OPM surveys in subject areas to assure conformity with policy and appropriateness of recommendations. Develop policy and implementing regulations for assigned program areas. Collaborate with numerous points-of-contact throughout the federal government in order to identify areas for improvement, share best practices, and recommend policy changes as needed. Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of related program material. Coordinate, administer, and monitor all aspects of the Drug Testing Program. Prepare assorted operating guidance for specialists and managers in the field to ensure that they are aware of new procedures, case decisions, legislative and regulatory changes affecting areas of responsibility.
