About the Role:
<\/strong>The role holder is responsible to conduct microbiological, chemical analysis of food products produced in Factory \/Traded items and ensure to meet food safety standards
Core Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Conduct Microbiological analysis of food items including Raw Material, Finished Products and provide accurate results.<\/li>\n
• Prepare SOP and manuals for the Laboratory including sampling schedule.<\/li>\n
• Conduct Hygiene swab analysis of employees ,equipment's and other Food contact surfaces<\/li>\n
• Validate the testing methods and results with external lab analysis<\/li>\n
• Chemical analysis and organoleptic analysis of Products<\/li>\n
• Lead and Train the crew of Lab Technician and Lab Assistants<\/li>\n
• Initiate positive release of Products .Inform Asst QA Manager on any microbiological deviation and initiate corrective actions<\/li>\n
• Assist QA Manager in Laboratory construction and ordering of new equipment's for the Lab.<\/li>\n
• Calibration of Laboratory equipment's.<\/li>\n
• Maintain inventory of Laboratory Medias.<\/li>\n
• Maintain the test reports and trend analysis of swabs as per BRC Standards.<\/li>\n
• Assist QA Manager and R&D Specialist on product developments including cooking, tasting and shelf life analysis<\/li>\n
• Ensure a compliance on updated microbiological standards, new food borne pathogens etc. with DM, ESMA and other International regulatory Organizations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Support the development of food safety in production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    \n
    • Bachelor is Degree in Microbiology.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 5 Years experience in Laboratory, minimum 2 Years as QA. <\/li>\n
    • Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. <\/li>\n
    • Communication skills in English (written and oral).<\/li>\n
    • Thorough Knowledge in Microbiological Analysis\/Chemical analysis \/Rapid Test methods.<\/li>\n
    • Microbiologist Food Industry Preferably in Meat and Poultry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
