As a Key Account Manager<\/strong>, you are sharp, talented, and passionate professional to develop an outstanding relationship with our customers and grow the company\u2019s businesses for the Airtime Credit and Mobile Financial Services (ACS & MFS) by promoting Optasia's products to new clients & territories in North Africa.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Establish productive and professional long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including service, technical support, finance, marketing and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer\u2019s expectations<\/li>\n
• Optimize service performance from a financial point of view<\/li>\n
• Assess, clarify and validate customer needs, including roadmaps and tenders, on an on-going basis<\/li>\n
• Monitor the market and competitor activities<\/li>\n
• Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc.<\/li>\n
• Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets<\/li>\n
• Drive solutions-orientated efforts that address the customer situation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Accountabilities and Performance Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Achieve assigned service performance targets from SLA and financial perspectives<\/li>\n
  • Achieve sales targets for new business (cross-selling opportunities)<\/li>\n
  • On-time payment collection<\/li>\n
  • Complete strategic account plans<\/li>\n
  • Active member of integration project team and ensure on-time service launches<\/li>\n
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings<\/li>\n
  • Arrange meetings between CXO level account personnel and the company\u2019s management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you will bring<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    • 5 Years of verifiable experience in Large Account Management<\/li>\n
    • Proven sales track record of Telecom and\/or VAS and\/or Mobile Financial services\/solutions<\/li>\n
    • Sound understanding of the culture, politics and (regulatory) policies in Nigeria and a good insight into the telecom industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
