About the team:
The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to lead the Brand and creative Marketing initiative within Kuwait.. Understanding what activities increase our revenues, and building a strategy with deep insights into what works and doesn't work for Kuwait. This role requires a high level of market understanding and requires a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including social media marketing, PR, event planning, strategic and conceptual thinking, content creation, and relationship management.
What you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n
Build a country marketing plan that includes brand campaigns and partnerships to increase brand awareness and meet monthly targets. <\/p>\n
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our space. <\/p>\n
Collaborate with commercial team, management and other marketing colleagues, & aligning our department, team & individual goals. <\/p>\n
Deliver great experience to our partners when working with our organization by representing our brand and being our partners liaison internally. <\/p>\n
Forecast, measure and report results on various projects, including co-created and\/or co-\u00adbranded content promotions incl. event partnerships. <\/p>\n
Attend relevant events to evangelize the company mission and find like minded individuals and companies to align with on future initiatives. <\/p>\n
Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral. <\/p>\n
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, communications, PR, creative teams, digital, care, social media and marketing cross-markets collaboration. <\/p>\n
Come up with new ideas and initiatives to raise brand awareness across our different channels. <\/p>\n
Ensure all posts and communication are within the brand guidelines. <\/p>\n
Explore ways to further promote our brand with different stakeholders\/partners. <\/p>\n
Conduct continuous surveys and focus groups to understand user behaviour. <\/p>\n
Oversee creative direction for campaigns and marketing activities. <\/p>\n
Support social media team with direction to set quarterly and monthly social media plans. <\/p>\n
Maintain knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility, especially major announcements, and monitor competition activities closely.
What you\u2019ll need:

6+ years experience with at least 2 of them working as a marketing manager in Kuwait. <\/p>\n
Ability to build a strong marketing strategy, including customer profiling, content marketing and funnel metrics. <\/p>\n
Ability to put together a fully-fledged targeted marketing campaign and analyze ROI. <\/p>\n
Ability to derive insights from numbers and take actions accordingly. <\/p>\n
Ability to manage all aspects of a marketing plan including financials. <\/p>\n
Ability to delegate to, motivate and develop a team of direct reports. <\/p>\n
Self-starter, proactive, ability to own a task from A to Z by him\/herself. <\/p>\n
Humble with a positive attitude, ability to be hands-on and step up when required. <\/p>\n
Good command of the English and Arabic languages, both speaking and writing <\/p>\n
International and start up experience would be desired. <\/p>\n
Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting\/reporting results.<\/p>\n
Good technical proficiency, great communication skills and a competent computer user <\/p>\n
Educated to BS\/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Marketing.
